I'd position to Sydney for that - it would be fantastic!

Unfortunately I feel you'd earn 0SC's for SYD-SYD, even in F! These enhancements have gone too far! ;)

Waiting for all the idiots to come out on social and nonews media stating how a flyover is stupid in this current atmosphere and how they feared a terrorist attack a la the AFL grand final.

Looking forward to that, as I'm going to Sydney especially for Australia Day. Even won tickets to the concert at the Opera House.

Does anyone know whether the flyover actually happened? Kept an eye on Flightradar but couldn't see anything.

It was canceled due to weather.

METAR didn't look great, cigs at 1,800' and they wanted to fly at 1,500' ... Not clear enough for VFR. Good call. And a good day to be inside getting s*** done :)

But not watching the cricket. Adelaide normally hosts cricket over the Australia Day weekend but it was stolen from us this year. It isn't raining in Adelaide.

We've got Hawk 127 lead in fighters - once at 10.20 this morning and supposed to fly over at 8 pm this evening. Sometimes they rattle our windows on the way past and then we can watch them fly over Commonwealth Park.
Last night the Roulettes gave us a good show.
