QC Passes

Can somebody point me in the right direction to the thread about Lounge and QC guest passes? I can recall seeing posts about them months ago but having looked through the various topics I just can't find what I'm after.

From time to time people have given away spare QC passes, sometimes with a competition. In the QF forum

There is lounge meet up thread somewhere
Is not in Meetings and Social Events. This sub forum is a little disorganized. Some are in the month and others are not
Cannot find in Airport Lounges

Are you looking for a specific thread? Try searching for "Qantas complimentary lounge pass". The problem is the way people love to abbreviate everything.

You are not allowed to solicit for Qantas lounge passes but you can give them away.

Thanks JohnK - I am aware that solicitation is a "no no". I was looking for more general info about the use/conditions related to guest pass usage - in the US in particular. I am in the habit of using the search function first rather than taking the "lazy" approach of going direct to members for info, but, while the search function does come up with previous posts about passes, I find you can end up sifting through a lot of posts without much joy. I was hopeful there might be a specific group of threads I could target to do my own research, but it appears not, Mwenenzi having confirmed my impression that a suitable grouping does not appear to exist.

I have now made a post in the "Suggestions" along these lines.
