QC Corporate rate - the field to enter code has disappeared

I've noticed that for both QC renewals and new sign ups the field to enter a corporate rate code has disappeared. Also my code doesn't seem to be reflected in the renewal rate shown.

Emailing them to ask about it they advise to call them instead. On calling them they advise they can only help guide through the online form, and say the rate code field should be there.

Weird. Any advice?
 
I'm not familiar with the exact Qantas Club form you're referring to, but have you tried using a different browser/device?
 
When I need to renew a corporate membership I just call the corporate Qantas Club renewal phone number: 1300 402 515‬ (usually answered within 5 minutes – can only use it for its intended purpose, not to skip call wait times for regular bookings). Have you tried this?
