QantasLink to fly to Christmas & Cocos (Keeling) Islands

Will definitely aim to get back there one day. My lad had a contract over there and spent a couple of 3 month blocks over there and we went over to visit him on one occasion. Would love to see more of Christmas Island and surroundings

My Father, being a former Wireless/Air Gunner in the RAAF in WWII spent a week or so there around 1952(?) when there was a world air race from London to Sydney from memory. He was the radio contact for the aircraft in the race. We live in Perth and I guess he may have gone via Christmas Island to get there...

lol and flights haven’t been released still due to technical issues, contact centre is aware of it and reported it has been identified.

VA flights start at $556 oneway PER-CCK ($559 CCK-PER) and $608 for PER-XCH ($570 XCH-PER).

QF flights are now loaded with award seats on most flights. On all flights it's it's 20,700 points and $51 taxes oneway but do note it's currently not possible to book XCH or CCK back to Perth as a oneway award (must be booked as a return for the time being).

In terms of pricing this starts at $536 PER-CCK, CCK-PER, PER-XCH or XCH-PER they are all the same starting price for a saver fare (no sale fares).

Is this written somewhere?

I got to the payment page for oneway XCH-PER (I didn't go any further as I was just testing).

According to the flight numbers on the booking page, these flights depart from T4. Does that make a 90min connection when arriving from east coast doable? (QF676 arrive T4 too apparently)
