Hi all,

Recently flew this segment on a "Fully Flexible" ticket, but booked into V. It credited at the Economy rate rather than Flexible Economy. Seems like there are few occasions that anything would book into Flexible Economy as far as FF earn rates are concerned. Clearly a $800 fare can only be worth 10 SC and 800 points under Simpler and Fairer. Must be the worst crediting rate anywhere in the Qantas network.

It is also interesting that Qantas consider this a "codeshare" for earning purposes, what so now anything that is Qantaslink is a codeshare?

Flex Y is the Y, B or H fare buckets for an international flight. I'm sorry to say it sounds you like you earned correctly.

I agree that the posted earning is as per the fare bucket assigned: V. The problem is using V for a "Fully Flexible" international fare. I think that is misleading.
