Qantas, Woolworths, BP, Ampol, EG Ampol

I think Ampol Retail (the parent company registered to Ampol Foodary) would have to request that to Woolworths as part of their partnership and also spend a bit of $ to program their POS systems to accept the Woolworths Group cards (assuming Ampol gets the all-clear from Woolworths in such a scenario) as Ampol Foodary use different Sales register systems to EG Australia. I'm sure the Woolworths Group gift cards on the list for the EG/Ampol Foodary integration, but probably way down in priority.

It's unlikely the non-EG independent Ampol franchisees (generally locations that are just branded Ampol (suburb/town name) and usually have a convenience partner such as Sunrise, Foodworks, P Express, etc will be aligning themselves with Ampol Retail anytime soon and will continue to remain independent of the company owned Ampol Foodary locations with their own discount systems.
I’ve been wondering who or what this EG Fuel mob are, so looked on my local FuelWatch app to find that they have none registered on their system in WA

Surely you can drive to the east coast to fill up - they often have better pricing than local Ampol servos :P

Sorry my mistake, though for oldies like myself in NSW and I think gradually becoming more widely available for everyone, the discount is 5%
My normal go-to purchase for these cards is via RACQ, where the standing offer is 3% on Wish, 4% on Essentials, and 5% on BWS/Dan Murphies. So I generally go for Essentials and that covers the groceries, dept store stuff and fuel. Unfortunately, no better deal offered to Qld Seniors that I have been able to find. Occasionally I find short-term deals for 5% off Wish and then I get a few.
