On the 8/6/21 after many days of trying to phone qantas and being left on hold for hours I posted the following message on their FB site. Which states that they answer instantly.
"Hi there, my frequent flyer card does not have a chip on it, therefore I am unable to use it at BP service stations. How can I get a replacement please."

I have had 15000 FF points taken.. I have logged in and tried to get my statement several times but the link is not working. Someone suggested using an iPhone ap in order to use my Frequent Flyer card. I do not own an iPhone.I have tried everything, including their chat line but it is hopeless.

Several years ago I urgently needed to change a return flight from the UK to Perth. I tried to do it online, but it would not work, I tried ringing them but nobody answered. in desperation I paid for a new flight with Singapore airlines. When I got back I eventually got through and they were not even slightly interested, I lost the 80,000 points and received a tiny refund. So this is not a recent scenario.

I am fed up to the back teeth with Qantas. They make everyones lives really stressful.
Please can anyone give me a way to contact them. On the chat line they gave me about three email addresses which did not work.
The only other suggestion is to write a letter, but I have little hope that it will be answered.
Thank you all.

Call them at midnight, that's what I needed to do recently when they changed some flights on me.

At BP they just scan the bar code on the back of my card. Although it has a chip, it's not used at BP.

Not sure what link you are referring to. Just log in at www.qantas.com and you can view your activity statement from there. On the page after you log in, look for this bit on the left and click what I've highlighted in yellow

Do you have an Android phone?

I think Qantas is the 2nd worst with only Telstra coming in lower... for those unaware Telstra (the telecommunications company) decided to shut down their phone lines last year and force customers to use a delayed messaging system via their app.
