Qantas TravelPass discussion

The last call was when I was told the balance was only $A100. That was when I figured out how to access my Qantas Pass account and saw the reduced balance and no transaction record.
Interesting - I get an email every time a transaction is made on my Qantas Pass(es) (email subject is Transaction notification Qantas Pass) and the original email with the details on how to access the pass had the original balance:

Between these I've got a pretty good idea of the status of my passes, do you have any transaction emails?

Nothing in my email relating to Transaction notification.
I thought I may have been hacked and someone else used the Pass but I would expect that to show up on the transaction record.

I phoned the Qantas office again and now have a reference number and have been advised to follow up after 5 business days if I haven’t had an email confirming the QP has been reissued to the correct full value.
