QANTAS ticket change

Hi all, was wondering if anyone can help me with a couple of quick questions.

Firstly my ticket has the following RESTRICTIONS: NONREF/L-/M-/K-NSSOW
any idea what this means?

I have a red super saver ticket and have already changed the date but plan to change it for a second time... is this possible??

It looks like you have a nonrefundable one way excursion fare booked in L, M, K or N.

Date changes ought to be free on Super Saver tickets. You might be charged a revalidation fee if this is a paper ticket. Refer to ur fare rules to be sure.
