Nah, mate... during peak times, when Parliament is sitting, the PM will have RAAF1, and the Roo will put in the 190s/220s/737s/321neos.
Can you imagine, for the extra travel, 200 extra main people, not to mention those support staff.
Granted, some will drive, if they live over in Quanbeyan.

The people driving in from Quanbeyan would be expected to stop at the airport and pick people up on their way past.

It really irks me, that we pay to try the J on the larger A330/B787 (on dom runs), and they swap to the sub par 737.
Or 321neo/321xlr.
(((At least give people who pick the wide body, the wide body, as paid for))).
Not a happy pooch, QF.
And those B787 on the dom runs, that links or supposed to link onto the flight PER -> LHR, probably will get swapped to a 737.

Or the QF9 and QF10 will stop at PER, and pax will be put to T4 to use the narrow body to MEL/QF5&QF6/QF33/QF34 swapped to a B737.

Its just too troublesome to contact them, and then demand a refund.
Have already booked flights to get out to PER, overnight there, and then overnight in SYD, then paid for SYD > ADL.
So, quite a tidy sum paid.
I knew that the 330s were being retired sooner or later.
When I booked, it was dom run on the 787, not the one linked to FCO/CDG.
Then picked the next available, that had the 330.
Then noticed a seat swap, checked and yep, its now a 321neo, still in J.
QFF PS, so if I do call, it will be routed to the QF call center, maybe MNL/CPT/JNB.

Even wrote to "Customer Services Manager" at Bourke St, Mascot, and as per expected, crickets, ie no reply.
Typical tho.
