Qantas support wait times

Is it just me, or are the wait times on Qantas support constantly over 2 hours? I've tried at different times of the day, and even different methods (live chat, phone, sms and FB messenger) with large delays on all.

Is it just this time of the year, or is it always like this?

Day 1 of school holidays in much of the country so there could well be a lot of traffic.

When you say ‘support’ do you mean the phone sales line or are you meaning some sort of tech support service for issues with the website etc?
 
Sorry, I do mean the phone sales line (131313). I've tried a few times over the last month and it's the same story... seems like they never put enough staff on!
 
NB here, I called on a Sunday about a month ago and got a callback in about 45 mins from memory. Then I tried last Monday I was given no option of a callback and the system hung up on me. Ended up using the sms service.
