Qantas refund email address

Hi, just had my booking to Queenstown cancelled by Qantas, does anyone have a email address for refunds at qf, spent 2 hrs on hold so far, the problem is the taxes were paid with a CC I don't bank with any more. I need to provide new CC details.

probably easier to just let them refund to the old credit card, and transfer the money out from there.

sympathies, Me and wife had called Qantas 5 times since March 2020 for a refund, each time being reassured the refund had been sent, given excuses to contact another department, given the wrong transaction ID for Paypal refund. there does not seem to be written replies through their website or email contact methods, maybe to avoid any records for when someone complains to ACCC.
