I assume you mean as a pax.. given Qantas used to pay you.

Equally guessing the A350XLR may well be popular with many pilots. Say 24hr block time, would be 18 return trips a year to hit the (afaik) 900hr limit.
With a say 48hr rest at the other end, so 96hr (4-day) trip, you're only away from home 72 days a year.

Certainly seems more attractive than getting the hours 1-2hrs at a times domestically.

But on the other hand re Project Sunrise, no much hands on flying and takeoff landing practice
I would imagine most of it would be quite boring looking at the dials.
And then only 2 destinations maybe for the rest of your career

Maybe the A350XLR routes might be a bit more variety
