Qantas prices on FINN air planes

I recently flew qantas business class Sydney to honolulu qf3. It was expensive but a special occasion. It was so disappointing to find qantas use FINN AIR planes on this route. The seats are very hard, require manual clips to lay flat and need to be fully upright or full flat. The video and audio is dreadful with much less choice. Two business toilets not working for 8 hours. Even the captain had to go to economy to use the restroom. Qantas, you shouldn't charge QF rates with an inferior product. Poor job.

Basically the Finnair/ AY J/ Business seats are divisive - some absolutely love them, others hate them.

Two toilets being out of action is poor on any flight.

While the aircraft you were on was likely on a short-term lease (going back to AY in 2028), Qantas has recently purchased another ex-AY aircraft VH-QPM, and it could we'll fly with QF for a decade.
