I was reading an article on ET about which coughtails to have at altitude. I'm a red wine drinker, however, the Bloody Mary was mentioned and I thought that could be a nice little change-up as an aperitif. So, does Qantas actually offer a Bloody Mary in PE?

Not only do they serve it in PE, you can get it in economy too on intentional flights.

As a relatively new teetotaller, I am disappointed that so many airlines make no effort at all with their non-alcoholic offerings yet have an almost full page of alcoholic options.
Yes. The juice offering is rather sad, let alone they'd have anything more exciting.

I understand the issue. I enjoy a "Virgin Mary" as they should always have the ingredients for that. Also the QF lounges have non-alcoholic beer now, maybe put in a suggestion to stock that on board too (I will also!)

That would be a start, although most non alcoholic beer does contain some alcohol so I don't drink it. QR has non alcoholic sparkling wine and a range of mocktails based on fruit juice - although on my last flight they had forgotten to include non alcoholic drinks in their printed menu. BA has some mocktails too, mostly mixing fruit juice with ginger ale IIRC. UL had coconut water, which was nice. But I do feel that most airlines could do better - and probably should do better.
