First time user, long time watcher.
Is anyone having problem getting Qantas points when using Budget Cars?
Just went through my activity statement and heaps seem to be missing.
Is this a common problem or is it just me?
I have gone through my bookings and my Frequent Flyer number is on them.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to AFF Davidhester1972

Haven't used Budget recently but happens with most hire care companies.

I have issues with Hertz and Avis regularly. Just last month I hired a Hertz car crediting to SQ KrisFlyer with what should have earned 1,000 miles as per promotion. It only credited as 500 miles so didn't include bonus. Luckily I saved the webpage so now need to follow up.

I don't even bother expecting any points from rentals now days, if something turns up in my account 3-4 months later it is just a bonus. (ditto for ebates as well)

agree with GPH. Avis post fairly quickly. Hired car in southern france 6days ago and the points are already there

I rented Budget in Melbourne end of July and only in the last week have they posted to my account. Give them a call to chase them.

I rented a few cars with Hertz ages back. Took months for the points to post. Friends said it was just like that. They are never fast with that stuff

I would take lower rates over the points any day. Especially if the aggregator has contracts that includes the basic insurance in the rates, with travel insurance or the CC covering the deductibles. YMMV

But I'm still wandering
