Q? for MelUser
How is it possible to book flights on the following airlines with QFF points.
American Airlines - the best First Class award flight availability. Cathay Pacific is not bad but it is getting harder to find a flight that actually has a first class cabin. Also, British Airways aren't bad for First award availability..

You can however have lengthy discussions with them about availability before/without actually committing as they often see flights (eg CX) that you do not see on the web site. The FF center is the Qantas Frequent Flyer call center, but they'll charge you 2500 points for a booking, and you can get the QF/AA/BA flights via the website anyway.
