I was browsing the store a few days ago and a Tumi hard case luggage caught my eye. Yesterday it came off the system and is no longer available.

So this made me wonder does anyone know if the Qantas store takes requests to list an item? Or does anyone know details of how they choose (and deselect) items for redemption?
