Qantas Points plus Pay with mixed classes frustration

Very frustrated trying to book the following on Qantas - one way economy one way PE (which you have to do via phone) using points plus pay (which you can only do online) - so basically impossible to do - sooooooooooo frustrating!!!!!!!!
I've rung them twice and they are quite dismissive and unhelpful. If I didn't have a strong preference to fly them due to their strong no peanut policy I would have booked someone else by now.
If anyone can help me with that I'd be really impressed.

I agree a mixed class flight is unable to be processed on QF website. Keep ringing QF CSO until you get one who will help and say the website cannot cope and they may waive the $60 fee.
