Qantas may sell holiday business

Would be interesting to see if Qantas eventually sells the holiday business how this will affect claiming missing FF points for hotel stays. I find the service from Qantas reasonable but when having to deal with a third party, eg credit card providers, car rentals, the service at most times is poor.

JohnK,

I fully agree which is why I don't do both on most occasions :!:

I think it would be a real shame if the holiday business is sold.

As far as I am aware, the Qantas Travel centres are part of Qantas Holidays. One of the thing I like about dealing with the Travel Centres is that they book flights directly into the QF system - allows them to do some useful tricks, which other travel agents cannot.

This seems to make things so much easier than using other travel agents.
