I bought the soft case Melbourne but I think the Mascot would be better (but I did make a few more fractions of cents per point on the Melbourne)

I purchased the Mascot @ $300 as we are heading OS in 10 days so TRS.

Yep just bought the one case before they sold out. Delivery is on transit, has anyone's suitcases shipped yet? Was concerned they over sold inventory, maybe won't ship before end July??

Ordered luggage on the 16th July. Estimated delivery July 22-24. Leaving to travel on July 27th and was hoping to put in a TRS claim. Currently still showing processing on my order. Called and had a whinge and was gifted another 2K points for lack of ongoing follow up on the order delay.

My luggage was ordered on July 16 and was sent yesterday. 20,900 credited this afternoon. Hopefully the 5,000 first order bonus points coming soon. That will make 1.16cents per point! Plus if I can get $75 for flipping the case, that will come down to 0.87cents per point.

I'm still waiting on my suitcase as well, ordered on the 17th with expected delivery on the 24th. Followed up on the 26th and was told it’d go out on the 28th. Reached out again yesterday demanding an update and compensation. Got 2k points, but zero actual info on when it’s arriving beyond "we'll update you".

Mine was ordered on July 16 and arrived today in regional Victoria.
