Qantas Lounge pass confirmation but not showing in Qantas Frequent Flyer?

I have a confirmation email dated in Octoberfor a Qantas pass on Jetstar for tomorrow flight but it's not showing under Qantas Frequent flyer as linked... in fact it says 0 passes?

I understand a linked pass to a flight before it expires can be used on a flight Post expiry?

Contacted Qantas and they informed me that pass is attached and confirmed Jetstar Flight but don't show up in Qantas Frequent Flyer Website!
Resending confirmation email too.
Received really good customer service over the phone from Qantas today!!!
