Qantas lounge - missing pass

Hey - not sure who i should be contacting.
I normally get 2 lounge passes with my credit card - just noticed I have only received 1 this time.
Do I contact the credit card company, or Qantas frequent flyers?

I'd say credit card as a starting point...
 
Yes, I'd be inclined to say something like, 'I usually receive 2 passes but notice I have only one this year. Can you tell me why?'
