Just a "heads up" re Qantas Lounge, Honolulu - it is as bad as reviews state. However no trouble accessing American Airlines/JAL Lounge with my Qantas Business Boarding Pass, which is 6 times larger, modern and hot food available. Another older gentleman was also entering the AA/JAL lounge with his Qantas Boarding Pass, made the comment "I've been in the Qantas Lounge once, never again".
 
Yes :) One of the benefits of the OneWorld alliance is that a business class boarding pass will get you into any member lounge at the same airport. AA/JL/QG/CX etc are all interchangeable.
