Qantas Lost Baggage Claim

Looking for an email address so my son can send his lost baggage claim through to Qantas. Downloaded form and it says to attach to Qantas email sent during lost baggage process. Problem is, Qantas only sent text messages, no email so we have nothing to attach the claim to and nowhere on the Qantas site can I find an actual email address for this.

Hoping someone can provide a specific email address rather than the generic one on the Qantas site
