Hi, I have a Qantas Lifetime membership for 26 years. although living overseas I have rarely use it. I see posts that, although lifetime membership is no longer available, lifetime members "retain their privileges".
Qantas are unable to tell me just what those "original privileges" are & "unhelpful".
As an example, booking in at BKK airport I was able to use the business class checkin on an economy ticket - whilst is SYD I was humiliated by staff!
Can anyone tell me what benefits I may still have with my so-called lifetime membership?
