What would otger members do if they 99.99% thought they signed up to a new policy as per the rules (ie: no previous cover in the last 12 months), but have still not received partial signup points (100k over 8 months, starting in month 3)?

- Signed up in March

- Waited until June before making contact by email.

- Again made contact, but by phone as I'm not prepared to email my "secret details" to verify myself.

- Following up with manager, but as yet (another week has just started, now onto July) no phone call reply to: (1) Check my id / security details, (2) Update me on my missing points!

Paying $300 each month on notjinf seems to be pointsless for any signup points!

My previous active policy was 2 years ago, But I requested a quote a few months ago, but didn't go ahead with it, which isn't listed in my cover history.

Am I wasting my time chasing my missing points, or will I be going around in circles?

Should I make phone contact again tomorrow, or allow until Friday?

June 24th was my last call, to be escalated up the chain.

Not that I have a solution, paws crossed that it works out in your favour in the end,
But...
Maybe jump over to Bupa with WWrewards.
And "start afresh" with them.
Bupa have linked on with WWrewards, saw it on the WWrewards website.

Ask for a refund of the money you have paid and go elsewhere: BUPA through Woolworths as Poochie suggests is a good offer. NIB has low rates, but not so many specialists sign up with them for Gap Cover because they pay much less than any other fund.

Spoke with them again, asking to speak with a manager.

Long story short: The sales dept has on there record that I currently have an active policy.... $18ish per month (less then minimum $20 insurance / income protection for points).

That policy was from 2017!

They will update the records deleting 2017, adding 2020) and back pay me 2 months of sign up points, that auto crdit the remaining months entitled to (May & June backpaid, July onwards paid normally).

By 2nd week of August, I should have 12.5k x3 for 3 months of 8 (100k over 8 months). Ending by Dec.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
