Behaviour from the general public had been deplorable in the last few years. Retail is no different. I observed a couple abusing the heck out of staff at a Bigw I was at last week, because they didn’t have a receipt for a refund. At a Target last week they were checking Vax for entry, one guy walked right in and told the staff to get F’d.

One thing I’ve learnt during this pandemic is a large chunk of people absolutely have no idea. Don’t get me started on pandemic compliance.

We need to get a little harder on the law enforcement side. Behave like some do in some countries at a airport, and well, consequences will be severe, don’t expect sympathy from us at home. There has been a few ‘incidents’ on Bali flights over the years, the authorities on the other end certainly took a firm approach.

Bit of an error at 1:01, the person on the left - although wearing a mask doesn’t appear to have it covering their nose. It may well be but not a good look when promoting mask wearing.

Looks to be covering the nose, but just hasn't adjusted it to fit properly.

Yes, I think it is covering the nostrils. But still it's in the part of the ad promoting mask wearing, just make sure it is adjusted properly.

How about "no more monetizing exit row seating" and no more excessive baggage fees for checked in luggage thus encouraging more cabin luggage, and maybe a bit less jamming more seats into narrowbodies than they were originally designed for?
