Have a booked j class that I can no longer use, my understanding from reading fare conditions is that j class domestic is fully refundable, these were not sale class j fares. When I begin the cancellation process online it comes up with a process to create a voucher for use within 12 months, however I don't want a voucher I want a refund. Does anyone know the process? For example, do I forge ahead with creating the voucher then it gives me the option of a refund? Or do I need to contact customer service? Cheers!!
