Qantas Hotel Booking not showing account

Hi there,

Just wanted to check in if the above behaviour is normal?
Made a fairly large hotel booking on Friday to take advantage of the bonus points earn, recieved confirmation email but it's not showing in my Qantas Account/Hotel Bookings section.

That is odd i made some during week and also on Saturday and appeared immediately in MMB.

Did you receive email confirmation with bokking reference #? It may be you FF# didnt stick on booking (maybe login timed out mid booking) but should be able to be added if you have the booking ref.

@Peekay, your post prompted me to check my bookings made on Friday, they have both appeared on desktop but for some reason never appear on my App.
Maybe call Qantas Hotel bookings to put your mind at ease?

Interestingly, recently I needed to do a hotel booking via the call centre as online would not accept the BP Rewards $50 voucher.
Booking done successfully over the phone but did not appear on App or desktop
Have since stayed at the hotel and will wait one month to see if points get posted.
 
QF Hotel bookings don’t appear in the app (well, not in the iOS versions) but should be listed in chronological order under bookings on website.

Hmm, just updated to 3.96.0 (which literally just appeared for download). Still no QF Hotel bookings. Deleted app and reinstalled - still no QF hotel bookings.

I jumped on another iOS device, hotels all showing up. Updated to latest (3.96.0), still hotels showing up.

Maybe I’ve got the version done by the CMT crowd…😳

Must check with SYD+1 later. Between us, we have several booked over the coming months.

Yes they do. For me at least. I have an older iPhone, older iPad and newer iPhone, all running different OS's, and Qantas Hotel bookings always show up in the app right after I have made the booking.

Yes, mentioned earlier. Something for the “QF IT Gripes” thread! Odd that some functionality is missing for different users. A bit like the different PC dashboards….

Update: Points got posted this week for the stay using BP code with assistance from Qantas Hotels agent - booking still never appeared on app or desktop.
 
I also have one hotel booking appearing in the app and one not. I was unable to add the booking because it only accepts additional flight bookings as trips.

One of my bookings was made separately from the flight booking and one was done in the same booking - I wonder if this is the difference?

I am using an iPhone 11Pro with iOS 16.4.1 (a)
