I am new to Group Bookings and hence have a couple of questions.

My institution has booked us as a group Sydney-Perth in economy.

I cannot view the booking online as I would with a standard booking - is this standard?

To request an upgrade I had to contact Qantas via chat - could not do it online. Appeared successful.

Will I be able to online check in? I believe I will know the outcome of the upgrade 24hrs before flight time?

Are there other differences?

Thanks

While not the same, the last time I had a booking that wasn't viewable online, I also wasn't able to check-in online either. It was treated like I needed assistance so certain things were locked out. I wouldn't worry about not being able to check-in online though.
