Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

[SYD]

Genuinely went through checkout multiple times last weekend and the option to offset with either was not available. Thought it had maybe been enhanced early and I'd have to risk it still being available in my account after checkout. In any case will try again this weekend. Was not using qbr portal

Did you click on “Express Checkout”?

It’s there for me on the payment page doing a dummy booking SYD-MEL. Just above the payment details.

No, I tried regular but perhaps it was held during enhancements they made last weekend. I'll try again!

Success at checkout this weekend. Paid with cash. Green tier tick still to appear, but it's only 30 hours or so so far.

Usually takes about 48 hrs.

Have received the five leaves. When does the choice between SCs and QF points usually appear?

Flexibly booked a very short flight, did the offset against that booking for a few hundred QF points, then later cancelled the flight. I have my 5th and final green leaf, but for the first time, I didn't automatically get the option to select my award. Any recent advice on that being activated?

Cheers,
Matt.

I’d be interested in the answer too. I had to push for the final leaf on my daughter’s account (emailed frequentflyer email for ReSmart to be credited after six weeks of waiting) and after lots of back and forth I was told that the options will take weeks to come up on the website. I thought they just came up automatically too.

I don't recall having to wait to pick my reward after the 5th leaf turned green. I suspect you need manual intervention if you don't have the reward option.

Most likely, although they will make you wait 21 days first...
