Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

Final update; got email today with confirmation of benefit after escalating previously. Email reads:
Thank you for your patience while we resolved your query regarding your missing Green Tier benefit.

We are pleased to inform you that your Green Tier benefit has now been successfully allocated to your account.

You may log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account at your convenience to select your preferred Green Tier reward.
For reference, I had emailed [email protected] about this.

Bit late now, but I will start my new membership year with 200 SC out of the 1200 required to renew WP, so only 1000 SC to retain (provided that the loyalty changes don't randomly change the requirement back to 1400 mid year).

Will not be doing this again.

we've been on the same timeline. I emailed on Wednesday after the 21 days had elapsed, received the reward today. Glad to see the back of Green Tier now (even though those 50 SC's each year were a nice little extra almost free bump...)

Doing my status run over the weekend and just wanted to check Re: the Voluntary Carbon Program for flights, is one able to do that offset mid booking, also can it be done on Qantaslink?

Yes, I did this recently - had 6 bookings on same itinerary, waited till 4 complete before adding carbon option. Couid have waited for 5, but wanted to have cushion in case of problem/error.
More meaning if a booking has multiple flight would I be able to wait until some flights had already been completed to reduce the number of points needed to offset only the final flight?

I figured that about 30 seconds after I posted my dumb question! I tried exactly that, as I needed the leaf as late as possible to go into next membership year… that’s how I learned about QantasLink not being available

Unfortunately the shortest flight I have and the last overall is with Qantaslink so won't be able to offset that one. Thankfully my there and back are on 2 separate bookings and the way over is much shorter so fewer points to offset.
