I'd be glad to advise if it ever showed up! Aus Post is suggesting it still hasn't been sent. (got my green tick though, which tbh is what i was wanting)

Also had an order with this exact issue (AusPost tracking stuck on 'Shipping information received by Australia Post' but it never progressed). Called Qantas Wine, they had to process a replacement order.

Still waiting on my Green leaf after completion of the Recycle Smart pickups. Last pick up was on Dec 24, 2025.

After 6 odd weeks, I gave QF a call yesterday. As usual, they requested a screenshot of my completed activity with ReSmart. I promptly submitted this on the email that was sent to me.

Hi, I got my final green tick (Resmart, which took months to get) perhaps November or December, but have not received my offer of bonus points or status credit.
