Qantas ff silver, will I get extra baggage allowance on EK?

Hi everyone
In a couple of weeks I'm flying J from BNE-AMS on emirates. I booked the flight on an EK flight number as they had a good offer going and I personally did not see the value in paying an extra $1500pp to fly on the same flight but with a QF number.

Im currently a qantas silver member and I am just wondering if anyone knows whether the qf silver membership still allows me to get the extra baggage when I am flying on an EK flight number? I have had a look online and could not find anything specific.

Allowances for Qantas Frequent Flyers
Some Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Club members are entitled to an additional non ticketed checked baggage allowance. This allowance applies to travel on:

• Emirates operated flights between and within Europe, The Middle East, North Africa, Asia, New Zealand and Australia when booked with either a QF or EK flight number on your ticket.

According the the EK calculator you'll get 52 kg being the standard 40 kg for J class plus the QF PS allowance of 12 kg.
