Am I able to transfer Qantas FF point over to Asia MIles?

Book Classic Reward flight(s) via Qantas.com (or the app). CX usually has good award seat availability if you book far enough in advance.

Yes, that was my hope. To use th3m to upgrade to business class. Is that an option?

Not yet.

There is a long mooted cross upgrade program for oneworld programs. Indeed AA and QF have started this (from the AA side for now iirc) but CX is not yet involved.

Maybe down the track.. but for right now there is no upgrading of CX flights using QFF points. Sorry.
