Qantas FF and Accor won't link

HI All

I am wondering if anyone else has an issue linking qantas FF to ALL - Accor live
I am a member of both, however when I try to link the two accounts. It fails, it also gives me a very useless "Looks like something went wrong!" error

I have tried linking on both the qantas and accor page. I don't usually use the accor site to book that much, so it isn't an issue, but it would be good to get working
One thing which might be a factor is that I have a business rate Customer code (SC/AS) from my employer, so I am not sure if that would be a factor.

I logged a request to the accor helpdesk but haven't heard back and that was 10 days ago.

I found accor very responsive when I emailed them - my issue in linking Accor to QF was that I had linked Accor to KLM a few months ago, and unbeknownst to me, I am unable to link QF to accor until 12 months had expired since the linking of accor to klm

That’s the error we get when trying to link but already linked to KLM/AF. I’m still waiting for Accor to unlink my accounts.

Does your account show “Miles+Points”?
