What is a self for-filling prophecy? Is it like a self-fulfilling prophecy?

It's a prophecy which is a combination of me being in a hurry (because I was just called for Dinner) \ tired, and MS Words spell checker making stuff up as it goes along

If the current economic downturn continues for another 6-12 months, or even longer, current JQ customer base may not have a job and would not be able to afford to travel.

I think Qantas will be around for many years to come and Jetstar is the one that will chop and change trying to see where it fits into the big picture....
