Qantas F lounge access Melbourne (on Emirates First flight)

Hi all,

my wife is about to go to Europe on an Emirates Flight in F (award booking). She is a QFF Bronze.

Will she have access to the Qantas First Class lounge in MEL? If yes, will she be eligible for the Spa treatments as well?

Yes on both counts.
She will need to ask about booking a treatment as soon as she gets to the Lounge.
