Qantas Emirates Chauffeur Service

JUst a quick late question.

Off on Tuesday 2 pax Wellington NZ to London and return from Paris to Wellington NZ on J class. QF ticketing and a mixture of Emirates and Qantas metal via Melbourne/Dubai

Have booked chauffeur to pick up from Wellington to airport and Heathrow to hotel on outward flight.

Do I have to confirm this booking with anyone and if so how it that done from NZ.
