qantas e190 operated by alliance airlines carry-on allowance

Curious about the QantasLink E190 booked through QANTAS but operated by Alliance Airlines and the carry-on allowance.

I am flying one way business (was originally going to be a larger aircraft but then they changed it) and the other way economy.

The QANTAS website indicates two bags, no more than 14kg combined, but the Alliance Airlines website indicates just one piece 7kg. I should remember from a previous trip, but I'm used to flying the 737 normally.

You haven't booked with Alliance, it's effectively a Qantas flight, so Qantas rules apply.

Note that the overhead lockers are slightly smaller on E90s. The ones on the right side of aircraft are bigger than the ones on the left.

I can fit a standard roller up there, but it's a snug fit. Anything that doesn't fit will need to be checked in as premium hand luggage.
