Remeber, the fare rules for any xASA can vary depending on many factors including the route - before canceling I suggest you check them first.

(Look for something like "Before travel has commenced - fully refundable")

yes it says all that (less a $341 cancellation fee for travel to hkg). but the $$ paid exceed the $341 so I should be good for the points back. otherwise they 'estimate' the ticket to be worth $1045... less the $341 would give me a refund of $700 for 90k points. it is a shame some call centre agents are pushing pax down that path without fully informing customers of all the options.

Having actually read the T&C's surrounding this offer, it can take up to 6 weeks for the bonus SC's to post :(

Thanks, and yes just read back a few pages on this thread and it seems 3-5 days!

Just want to hit Plat to take advantage of a few things that it offers, of course the F lounge being top of my list!
