I think they are meant to be like XiaoLongBao, but with little to no soup inside.
The skin/wrapping was not too bad. Filling was dry.

Even Qantas refers to anything as a "Refreshment", especially if you're on a Dash 8The thread title really needs changing, “meals” is misleading for the vast majority of domestic flights, “snack” or “bites” would be more appropriate
