Rents being what they are I wonder how long this facility will last now it's no longer identifiable with Qantas. I guess nearly all the customers would be Qantas employees.

Ive never been an employee and have recently moved all of our finances and borrowings to QCU. I agree though, the lack of Qantas name may prove an obstacle. The newsletters say that the 'Bank' addition will be more important.

Ditto but I would never use the airport office, parking fees being what they are. I was speculating that the airport office would service mostly employees and few if any non-Qantas customers. I used the Niddrie office when opening my accounts.

Does anyone know how to go about applying for an additional card holder.

Sent a form in 2 weeks ago when it was still called Qantas Credit Union... havent received anything yet...

I dare say it didn't genuinely get across... But they were always going to get what they wanted. They'll lose a lot of Qantas staff as customer. Time will tell if the boards little game will work for them.

Will Qudos send out replacement cards? My QCU card expires sometime in 2018, I think.

They are now a mutual bank and customers should not be concerned as it is business as usual at all the new mutual banks.
