Qantas Contact number not working

Anyone having any luck today trying to call the qantas frequent flyer number (13 11 31). I've tried a few times and it doesn't seem to recognise when a number is selected to move from the first menu options.
 
I’ve had this problem for sometime and continued today. The system simply doesn’t notice you selecting a number.
