Qantas Complimentary Lounge passes

Sorry folks, this isn't strictly on topic but perhaps someone can help. My question is re the 2 (electronic version) complimentary Qantas Lounge passes that go with the ANZ Frequent Flyer Black credit card. Can these passes be gifted to relatives/friends flying with Qantas or are they tied strictly to the person to whom they are issued? Thanks in anticipation.

I am about to close my ANZ card so ordered the cards a week ago from ANZ concierge. They arrived today and I transferred them to a friend who has already linked them to a flight he is taking on August 1.
