Go back a few weeks and it’s there. I think you were just a bit too early. It’ll be there soon for your date.

A related question, I believe QF WP holders are still entitled to Emirates First lounge access at DXB even if flying an EK flight number, is that correct?
I've only ever flown QF via Dubai in the past.

This is correct. Did it myself 6 weeks ago while flying on EK flight number.
