Flying from Sin - coughet on Jetstar 3K537 , as QC member will I be allowed in the lounges in Sin and coughet ( If they have one )?????????????????????

Qantas Club members travelling with Jetstar* are welcome in any Qantas Club or QantasLink lounge. Simply show your boarding slip and Qantas Club card, or Platinum or Gold Qantas Frequent Flyer card, at the lounge reception. You may also invite one guest who need not be travelling. Lounge check-in is available in most Qantas Clubs for flights departing from domestic terminals. If you are travelling without luggage you can check in for your Jetstar* flight in most Qantas Club lounges. When you fly Jetstar,* you won't be able to access partner, associated[SUP]^[/SUP] or oneworld airline lounges.Other Qantas Club privileges, such as priority baggage, do not apply when travelling on Jetstar.*
Note: Lounge check-in for Jetstar is 40 minutes before departure. If you arrive within 40 minutes of scheduled departure, go directly to the Jetstar check-in counter. You need to check-in for Jetstar flights at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure otherwise your ticket will be forfeited. No refund or free transfer is available. You will be required to book and pay for a new ticket if you wish to travel.
* Jetstar refers to Jetstar Airline (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Valuair (VF).

^ Christchurch Associated lounge access is a stand alone agreement between Qantas and Jetstar. Associated lounge access in other ports is subject to standard Associated lounges conditions of entry.

From Eligibility and Access to The Qantas Club lounges .

I'm not the JQ lounge expert, but based on that i'd say you should be able to. Paging serfty, serfty to the white courtesy phone!

The SIN lounge is a joint QF/BA lounge and not a Qantas Club and is currently being refurbed so might have its own rules.

No offence to the OP but I wish people wouldn't post Lounge Access Rules threads - not only do we get into angry debates over the accuracy of the responses and debates of what access people SHOULD have and ARE ENTITLED TO but we also have to suffer the comparisons of lounge access rules on poorly worded conflicting websites...

At least we can be pretty clear on coughet! Not listed...

You will definitely be allowed into SIN, as I have done this often. I don't like your chances at coughet as I don't think there is a QP there. You could try bluffing it with a smile and "I thought I could use it here" at the One World lounge.

OW lounges will deny access. They are very good with their access rules. JQ != OW, Access will be denied.

To the OP, do a search in here if you're not sure. This question has been asked before:)

SIN is an actual Qantas Club (a joint one with BA) and access to Qantas Club, Qantas Gold and above if flying Jetstar (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Valuair (VF)is allowed. I've done it many times.

Was meaning OW lounges not the SIN QF/BA one. Sorry wasn't clear there:)

There is no oneworld lounge in HKT. Jetstar does use a third party lounge - the Lux lounge. However, this is only for pax with Business Max bundle tickets. Are you flying in J, and if so, on the Max bundle? As this is "an associated lounge" rather than a Qantas Club, QC membership won't gain you entry.

The OP is on a 3K flight, so chances are it is a 320 with no J

Jetstar having a page that covers lounge access pretty well Lounges | Jetstar . The section right down the bottom covers qantas club card holder access.

As others have pointed out you'll get lounge access at Singapore. But note it is only open from 3pm until midnight. A bit over half of Jetstar flights from Singapore won't get lounge access, as the lounge will be closed. But as 3K537 is at 8pm flight you are in luck.

You'll only get lounge access at coughet if you are flying Jetstar business max. Currently only A330 flights have business max, if you are returning via SIngapore you'll be on an A320. So looks like you won't get access.

sorry to labour the point. is there ANY option for lounge access for a morning Jetstar flight to coughet? we arr.SIN on QF51 and overnighting at Ambassador Transit Hotel. - can we use their transit lounge after we re-check in ?

I managed to do it. But they were not happy! The access rules:

"Next onward flight must be on a Qantas, Jetstar Airlines+ or oneworld flight number.#
One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member"
