Just received this by e-mail from Qantas, as I'm sure many others also have:

Lounge access for domestic Business passengers
All Qantas domestic Business passengers are now welcome in The Qantas Club, just as you are welcome in International lounges when flying in Business on Qantas international flights.
I always thought it should've been offered anyway, considering the high price you (or your business ;) ) pay for domestic business flights.

I won't say: "it's about time!", that would be too ungrateful - instead, I'll say: "well done, Qantas!".

I don't think it would worsen the situation in some of the already overcrowded QCs, as most people flying business are probably eligible for QC access, anyway. Or do I have this very wrong?

Its already in another thread.

But no your not wrong, we all seem to think most people flying J domestic are either gold or greater status and have access or purchased QC access.
