Interesting. VA have the administration excuse (that's what I got fobbed off with), Qantas don't.

Well I’m not a lawyer but….
I heard an interview that said this class action is opt out - if you are in the class (ie you are affected by the issues) you are automatically a part of it unless you opt out. At some point you will have to identify yourself so they can pay you any compo that is achieved. I don’t think it matters that you used a travel agent but someone more qualified than me should advise you on that.
